Dr Bhupen Hazarika,a renowned singer,lyricist,musician,poet and Filmaker awared the Bharat Ratna by President kovind. Pranab mukherjee's life- long political Carerr spanned five decades, during which he held various key posts in the Congress.The 83-year- old served as India's 13 th president from 2012-2017.He also served as the union finance minister from 2009-2012.
